Ordering Bespoke

Step 1: Pre Consultation

We ask you to gather as much information as possible prior to your meeting to ensure your appointment runs smoothly. If you have any ideas, sketches or images you would like to use as inspiration, you are invited to send these over.

Step 2 : Consultation

Your appointment will be held via messenger, this allows us to communicate and share images instantly. During your appointment, we will discuss your requirements in depth, from the theme to the requirements of your discipline.

From this, we are then able to present you with some fabric options before moving on to details such as fastenings, accessories and any other elements that make up your costume. This information helps us to create a rough sketch to show you during your appointment to ensure we are on the same page.

We will then give you a quote and request a 50% deposit to be paid within 24 hours.

This deposit will secure your slot, once paid we are then able to move on to the next stage.

Step 3 : Design Presentation

Usually within 48 hours of the consultation, we will use our notes and initial sketches to create a final design proposal of your costume. This will be sent to you via email for you to sign off.

We ask that you look through this design proposal thoroughly to ensure we have fully understood your wishes.

Once agreed, we can begin making.

Step 4 : Making

Now that your design is ready to go, we can begin ordering fabrics, drafting patterns, cutting, stoning and everything in between.

Step 5 : Ready to ship

Upon completion we will send photos of your finalised garments, along with any accessories ordered. This is also when we request the final balance. Once the final balance has been cleared, we will carefully package your costume and send it directly to you.

Step 6 : It’s time to dance

Once your costume has arrived, we ask that you please try it on as soon as possible. If no alterations are needed then it’s time to swirl, twirl, kick and flip in your brand new costume. We welcome you to tag us on our socials or send us your photos as we love to see your creations come to life on the dancefloor.
